After managing a popular restaurant and bar here on St. George Island, Patrick and Jessica Sparks opened up Paddy's Raw Bar five years ago. That wasn't all they started as they began adding to their family as well! Paddy's and it's customers have all become part of the Sparks extended family. We appreciate your patronage and the opportunity to provide a great place for locals and visitors alike to relax, enjoy some great food, drink, and music - unless Alabama is playing ball!
